At THAIFEX–HOREC Asia 2026, Okya explored how restaurant operators can connect digital ordering, on-site service and guest loyalty. These are the practical themes from our workshop and conversations on the exhibition floor.

Connected systems support a consistent guest experience.

Workshop highlights

Guests move between digital and physical touchpoints. The workshop explored how operators can keep service consistent throughout that journey.

The online-to-offline (O2O) framework connects the guest journey through shared systems and workflows. For example, a smooth online order should carry through to the experience at the branch.

  1. Time saved across teams

With OMS, Inventory Management and POS running on one system instead of three, staff spend less time re-entering the same order or count twice, and headquarters spend less time reconciling numbers between platforms. At high-traffic, uneven-demand locations like BITEC, self-ordering kiosks now absorb the rush during big conferences without adding cashier headcount, keeping the team focused on the kitchen instead of the register.

  2. A real-time view of every store

The Business Intelligence Dashboard replaces manual, store-by-store reporting with a single live read on performance across all 17 locations, so headquarters can see what’s happening in Phuket or Chiang Mai as easily as on Sukhumvit. With sales, customer, and loyalty data brought together as a single source of truth, Berlin’s Doner can also run more targeted promotions, personalize offers, and measure the impact and ROI of its loyalty programs.

  3. Real-time campaign and promotion management

CRM & Loyalty, part of the Marketing Suite, lets the marketing team launch and adjust promotions across every branch at once, instead of updating each location separately, and keep loyalty offers consistent chain-wide.

What operators discussed at the booth

On the exhibition floor, the Okya team met restaurant, hotel and retail operators to discuss the challenges of connecting their systems and scaling their operations.

A recurring question was how to grow across locations while keeping the guest experience consistent.

Applying the ideas across your restaurants

Start with a guest journey that crosses channels. Identify where information is lost, teams repeat work or service becomes inconsistent.

Okya brings POS, kitchen displays, ordering, CRM, loyalty and dispatch into one platform for multi-location restaurant operations.
